Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with us. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date, only for items that are defective, damaged, or supplied in error. We do not accept returns due to change of mind or other non-product-related reasons.
That said, we understand each situation is different. If you believe there’s a valid reason for a return outside these terms, please reach out to us directly—we’re always happy to discuss and find a practical solution where possible.
To be eligible for a return:

Your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Proof of purchase or receipt is required.

Certain types of items (e.g. perishable goods, custom products, or clearance items) may not be eligible for return. These will be clearly marked as non-returnable.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at sales@sisupply.com.au with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide instructions and a return shipping address.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or we made a mistake.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you about the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it. We may request photos of the item and packaging. We'll arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund at no additional cost.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at sales@sisupply.com.au.
